The first thing you may notice on the left is a heart.  This is where the number of comments is displayed.  It is a link giving you the chance to have your say.

I have added a lot of information in the sidebar.  If you are looking at a single post it may well end long before the badges have all been displayed.  The links to older or newer posts is right at the bottom. <<  >>
